Veteran rocker Rod Stewart insists he stands head and shoulders above today's crop of singers.

The Maggie May rocker admits Robbie Williams is a much bigger star than him in his native Uk, but the Angels singer has never been a big hit in the US.

He says, "I don't feel challenged by anyone at all. I mean Robbie Williams is a much bigger act than I am.

"Well, not in America..."
